TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Marketplace Policies

THE ARTIST’S LOFT GIFTS & ANTIQUES (hereinafter referred to as THE MARKET) is an outlet for growers, crafters, makers, artists, vintage & antique dealers and food processors to sell their products. Acceptable products must be handmade, locally made, sourced or grown, recycled or repurposed, vintage, antique or collectible; no copyrights infringed. We serve as a weekly venue to bring people in the community together in a public place to buy goods, visit with neighbors and enjoy entertainment and educational activities. Retail is accepted in limited supply, upon management approval.

MARKET HOURS:

THE MARKET is open weekly from 9am to 4pm Friday & Saturday and 12pm - 4 pm on Sunday. The Pop-Up Market is every Saturday 9am - 4pm. All vendors must be ready for business before 9:00 am, and cannot begin to tear down until 3:00pm. Vendors will be given one hour to tear down.

SELECTION OF VENDORS:

Once an application is submitted, it will be reviewed and approved for compliance, availability, and the benefit of THE MARKET. Once approved, the vendor will be contacted with more information. For the Pop Up Market, vendors are sent a link to sign up and pay for THE MARKET Saturday Pop up, where they can select specific date(s). Pop-up vendors and those interested in opening a new shop within THE MARKET may also come into THE MARKET during business hours to complete the application process.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS:

Inside or outside booth assignment is available after approval by management.

VENDOR PAYOUTS:

Vendor Sales Payouts are paid on the 10th of the following month. They are paid in cash or through Venmo. Please send your Venmo QR code to be paid through Venmo. Check with someone at the Front Counter on or after the 10th to collect your cash. Vendor Sales Reports will be emailed on or before the 10th of each month.

BOOTH RENT:

Vendor shop spaces inside THE MARKET are billed on a month-by-month basis; always billing a month ahead. Rent is due on the 20th of each month and considered late after the 25th at which time a $50 late fee will be assessed. If paying rent by check please make it out to “The Artist’s Loft Gifts & Antiques”. Pop-up vendors are allowed to reserve booth space as a permanent vendor if they have been approved and booth space is available. We require a 6 month commitment upon acquiring a booth to give sufficient time to advertise in the community.
