How do I become a pop-up vendor at the Artisans market?

Fill out the online registration and include all required information. 

Once completed, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified by email how to reserve a vendor space at the market.

Please note at this time we are only approving vendors of handmade items, homegrown produce, repurposed or vintage items.

What are the vendor fees for the pop-up market and do you provide a table or tent?

Booth fees are $25 for a 10 x 10 tent space. Vendors will set up outdoors in the parking lot. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs and display needs. We do not have requirements for tent size or color. Tent weights or anchors are strongly encouraged for the safety of vendors and patrons. At this time there is no access to electricity, if access is needed please reach out to us to discuss your needs. 

Do I need a business license or insurance to sell my handmade items?

Vendors are not required to be registered as a business to attend this market. However, vendors are expected to be aware of the laws and regulations concerning the production and sale of their own products, including local sales tax requirements when applicable. If you have questions or need assistance with determining what you may need to get your hobby craft or business in compliance with local regulations, please send an email to Christy Peers info@antiochartisans.com.

How do I reserve a permanent vendor booth space within The Artist's Loft?

Please complete a vendor application to be considered for a booth space. A member of our team will reach out to you to discuss your business and to see if your products are a good fit. Interested vendors can also come to the market and speak with a market manager. Storefront booth spaces are reserved on a month-by-month basis and fees are based on size. Vendors must commit to at least 3 months before signing an agreement. Vendors do not need to be present to sell their art. The Artist's Loft is a vendor cooperative and sales are made for you at a 10% commission. If you have any questions, please email Donna info@antiochartisans.com.
